1. Assist engineer in managing and reporting result of subcontractor sorting activities conducted within company premises

2. Maintain and update master lists, quality document, and relevant records in an organized and accessible premises

Responsibilities

1. Plan and control the production schedule and ensure output and quality meeting standards and target.
2. Develop, prepare, and maintain production documentation, procedures and technical guidance and solutions for all staff.
3. Plans, direct and coordinates activities to ensure all resources are well-prepared, production output and target are met efficiently and KPI objectives are accomplished.
4. Developing trial and test programs using a variety of analytical tools and equipment and other best techniques to optimize equipment, processes, facilities, and operator technical ability.
5. Identify and propose continuous improvements, enhancements, changes. study, research and reviews on equipment and products.
6. Review, design, maintain and develop best practices of production processes and system improvement.
7. Work closely with engineers and participate collaboratively to solve complex production problems.
8. Collect, analyze, summarize, and present production and process data, information and trends to management.
9. Minimize overall production costs while maximizing productivity.
10. Advice, support and assist production team and work on a cross functional team with other departments.
11. Lead, develop and mentor production team and perform any other duties and when assigned by Management.

1. Maintaining and Developing company’s Safety,Health & Environment Management System (Policy, Objective & target) in complying with ISO 14001:2015.
2. Take charge in scheduling and conducting SHE Audit / internally and externally and audit follow up.
3. Conduct Post Audit Meeting for audit finding recommendation.
4. Support monthly site inspection and to issue out Observation or NCR if necessary and update NCR register accordingly.
5. Support and assist enforcement visit by Local Authorities, DOE, DOSH, Health Dept.
6. To monitor and report to superior on Environmental/Safety issue.
7. To verify, maintain, monitor all ISO 14001:2015 documentation
8. Support ISO 14001:2015 sub-committee in SHE Committee meeting in-terms of ISO 14001:2015 requirement and documentation.
9. Advise and monitor all KMY Legal Compliances (Licenses, Permit & Approval) including any new legal requirement such as OSHA, FMA & EQA.
10. Support Security, CCTV, Global Hiyari Hatto, EzOfis, Pyro Committee, ERT Committee and fire fighting systems.
11. Produce training need analysis for all employee and SHE staff and arranging training (internal / external) every year.

1. To manage and ensure all quality reports, records and procedures are updated from time to time and arranged properly in accordance to ISO and Quality Management System.
2. To support in management and preparation all Internal Audit, Customer Audit and Compliance Audits.    
3. To implements ongoing quality improvement process working with inter department teams to ensure the production and supply of product is in accordance with the quality and safety standard.
4. To supervise and support in developing and maintaining the quality system to ensure that all products gone through proper process of inspection such as macro / hydro inspection, parts inspection, powder performance inspection to meet the Quality management system requirement.   
5. To assist in monitoring and improving in process and outgoing quality and handling of line quality related issue, implement and drive internal corrective actions.
6. To drive supplier/customer corrective actions by carrying out root cause failure analysis, cross sectioning, dimensional analysis or other means.
7. To assist in Quality Data Management, maintaining inspection records, quality related update documents, code, standards and specifications as required by the quality system.
8. To assist in research and proposal to the management in the term of suitable and efficient methods of QC improvement that use to the industry.
9. To supervise, analyze, produce and present QC report to the management of company.    
10. To verify material certificate and test report to ensure all incoming material confirming to specifications.
11. Leading and establishing delivery standard (cycle time), procedure and system to track delivery status for the pre-shipment inspection.    
12. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of company finished goods to end customers through effective coordination with sales and production.
13. Assist in maintaining manual and electronic filing system for all correspondences.
14. Assisting in preparation of report, business plan and presentation.    
15. Assist in establishing effective procedure and monitoring performance of environment test performance test and ensure compliance with ISO and customers’ requirements.
 

1. Assists in creating, modifying and revising manufacturing work instructions and process flow documentation.

4. Person who have knowledge about the requirement for installing new machine in the factory including knowledge in DOE and DOSH. 

5. Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems 

1. Maintain mass production machine in good condition and able to handle machine problem by self.

2. Manage the electrical work of the project of instalment, relocation, modification or removal of production facility. 

3. Implementing daily checking & periodical checking to all utility facility in factory to maintain stable operation.

4. To perform other duties as assigned by the management and superior from time to time.

5. Maintain and make sure spare part of the machine availability.

1. To perform routine and non-routine calibration as per standard procedure
2. Maintain calibration report/certificate and records 
3. Coordinate with internal department to schedule calibration activities
4. Assist in development, validation and implementation of calibration procedure
5. Maintain and monitor calibration schedules based on master schedule
6. Identify and report any out-of-tolerance result or equipment non-conformance 
7. Support internal and external audit related to calibration/MSA
8. Maintain a clean, organized and safe calibration lab environment 

1) Responsible for maintaining General / Subsidiary Ledgers including AP, AR, Fixed Asset.

2) Responsible for maintaining a full set of accounts and other associated accounting / financial data / records / documents.

3) Responsible for accurate data processing on AP / AR / Fixed Assets, arranging payments in accordance with company’s policies / procedures.

4) Responsible for maintaining accounting-related data / tables in ERP system.

5) Perform other ad-hoc assignment when required.

1.To lead in the operation of the production machine, maintain machine performance and ensure production meets daily output.

2.To ensure all the tools, jigs and fixture are maintain in good condition.

3. To ensure that all machine records and documentation are completed according to procedures after repairs/maintenance have been carried out.

4. To lead major and minor troubleshooting in production area.

5. Maintain proper housekeeping practices in production operations.

2. Implementing daily & periodical check and calibration of measurement equipment of production facility in order to maintain stable production.
3. Implementing improvement activity to production facility to upgrading of productivity & safety.
4. Carry out the facility maintenance by yourself or by suing sub-contractor, to fit into its schedule.
5. Manage the ducting and piping work of the project of instalment, relocation, modification or removal of production facility.
6. Manage the utility related work of the project of new building construction, renovation or demolition
