1. Support daily maintenance activities such as equipment troubleshooting and repairs.

2. Assist with other maintenance related task as assigned.

Job Description:

1. Assists in creating, modifying and revising document such as manufacturing work instructions, PFMEA and process flow.
2. Implementing periodical check of production standard/condition to maintain production stability.
3. Implementing planning confirmation of production standard/condition to maintain production stability.
4. Implementing improvement activity to production line to upgrading of productivity & safety.
5. Person who have knowledge about the requirement for installing new machine in the factory including knowledge in DOE and DOSH. Know who to deal with for registration and application(act as a window person)
6. Manage the ducting and piping work of the project of instalment, relocation, modification or disposal of production line.
7. Manage the utility related work of the project of new building construction, renovation or demolition
8. Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to management to identify yield problems or test new machines/improvement.
 

1. To assist Leader and above position in executing and coordinating operational schedules and manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.
2. To inspect the parts and finished goods from in-coming, process and out-going.
3. To update the quality records such as inspection reports and other information.
4. Perform Tank Test and perform function Inspection.
5. Inspection Request from others department and others task instructed by Superior.
6. 5S, Cleaning, Waste Management, Labelling & sorting activities.

01. Manage and Supervise a team of operators on a rotating shift schedule.
02. Execute and coordinate operational schedules and manufacturing activities to ensure production quantity and quality of products meets specification.
03. Inspect machine and equipment to ensure specific operational performance achieved.
04. Reviews production and operating report to ensure minimum loss cost and prevent operational delay.
05. Responsible for a safe environment operation at the facility.
06. Directs operator in a safe manner to maximize operation efficiency.
07. Prepare report of production to production Engineer and Manager.
08. Responsible to implement of new designs and techniques proposed to improved operation and process.
09. Responsible to maintain the documentation in the process as per ISO standards.
10. Actively participate and follow all the safety rules and regulations of company.
11. Manage team members attendance, leave and discipline.
12. Actively involved in other ad hoc activity that might be assigned by management and undertake other necessary function as determine from time to time by superior.

1. To manage and ensure all quality reports, records and procedures are updated from time to time and arranged properly in accordance to ISO and Quality Management System.
2. To support in management and preparation all Internal Audit, Customer Audit and Compliance Audits.    
3. To implements ongoing quality improvement process working with inter department teams to ensure the production and supply of product is in accordance with the quality and safety standard.
4. To supervise and support in developing and maintaining the quality system to ensure that all products gone through proper process of inspection such as macro / hydro inspection, parts inspection, powder performance inspection to meet the Quality management system requirement.   
5. To assist in monitoring and improving in process and outgoing quality and handling of line quality related issue, implement and drive internal corrective actions.
6. To drive supplier/customer corrective actions by carrying out root cause failure analysis, cross sectioning, dimensional analysis or other means.
7. To assist in Quality Data Management, maintaining inspection records, quality related update documents, code, standards and specifications as required by the quality system.
8. To assist in research and proposal to the management in the term of suitable and efficient methods of QC improvement that use to the industry.
9. To supervise, analyze, produce and present QC report to the management of company.    
10. To verify material certificate and test report to ensure all incoming material confirming to specifications.
11. Leading and establishing delivery standard (cycle time), procedure and system to track delivery status for the pre-shipment inspection.    
12. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of company finished goods to end customers through effective coordination with sales and production.
13. Assist in maintaining manual and electronic filing system for all correspondences.
14. Assisting in preparation of report, business plan and presentation.    
15. Assist in establishing effective procedure and monitoring performance of environment test performance test and ensure compliance with ISO and customers’ requirements.

1.To lead in the operation of the production machine, maintain machine performance and ensure production meets daily output.

2.To ensure all the tools, jigs and fixture are maintain in good condition.

3. To ensure that all machine records and documentation are completed according to procedures after repairs/maintenance have been carried out.

4. To lead major and minor troubleshooting in production area.

5. Maintain proper housekeeping practices in production operations.

1. Repair & maintenance of all facility and equipment related.
2. Implementing daily & periodical check and calibration of measurement equipment of production facility in order to maintain stable production.
3. Implementing improvement activity to production facility to upgrading of productivity & safety.
4. Carry out the facility maintenance by yourself or by suing sub-contractor, to fit into its schedule.
5. Manage the ducting and piping work of the project of instalment, relocation, modification or removal of production facility.
6. Manage the utility related work of the project of new building construction, renovation or demolition

1. To assist in corresponding to all Customer related request and activities.

2. To assist in managing and preparing for all Customer Audit, Internal Audit and Compliance Audits.

3. To implements ongoing quality improvement process working with inter department teams to ensure the production and supply of product is in accordance with the quality and safety standard.

4. To assist in monitoring and improving in process and outgoing quality and handling of line quality related issue, implement and drive internal corrective actions.

5. To assist in Quality Data Management, maintaining inspection records, quality related update documents, code, standards and specifications as required by the quality system.

1. Execute production process according to SOP
2. To ensure production and quality of products meets specifications
3. To carry change over according to SOP and record the results in forms provided
4. Follow instruction or carry out other jobs assigned by Superior
5. Follow to company rules, safety and PPE regulations during working hour
6. Report to Superior any problems or abnormalities arise during production process
7. Carry out cleaning of working area after complete production
8. Participate in any activities organized by company or related committees.
