● Assist in organize, filling, and archive QA records (both physical and digital) in accordance with company retention period.

Responsibility.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IoT (Internet of Things) Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in designing, developing, and testing IoT solutions while working closely with experienced engineers. The role is ideal for students who are passionate about factory automation, connectivity, and smart technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of IoT prototypes and applications.

• Support integration of machine systems, sensors, and communication protocols (e.g., LAN, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, MQTT).

• Work with Mitsubishi PLC systems and SQL databases.

• Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of IoT systems.

• Prepare technical documentation and reports as required.

9. Ensure to meet the dateline of new project with all preparation like documents and necessary item to used in production are well prepared.

10. Collaborate with engineering and technical team to improve product manufacturability.

12. Able to do an over-time work during normal working day and Public holiday when required by the management.

 Other  Duties 

1. Responsible for new machine and line installation verification process to ensure the productivity output is as planning.

2. Responsible for manpower arrangement with provide an adequate training contents and competent for the new process of manufacturing.

3. Responsible to ensure an adequate standard operating procedure and others standard required in each of manufacturing process.

4. Responsible for implementing periodical check of production process including operators working behavior that might be impact 

    to the product quality and productivity. 

6. Responsible to execute and monitoring of production output and action plan to ensure 100% achievement againts target plan.

7. Responsible for implementing of the improvement activity for the safety operation or productivity improvement etc.

1. Repair & maintenance of all related facility and equipment in Factory.
2. Implement periodical check of production facility to maintain operation stability.
3. Implement improvement activity to production facility to upgrading of productivity & safety.
4. Implementing checking & calibration of measurement equipment of production facility.
5. Implementing daily checking & periodical checking to all utility facility in factory to maintained operation stability.
6. Carry out the facility maintenance by yourself or by suing sub-contractor, to fit into its schedule.
7. Manage the ducting and piping work of the project of instalment, relocation, modification or removal of production facility.
8. Manage the utility related work of the project of new building construction, renovation or demolition
9. Assist Process Engineers for all task related to process engineering
10. Involve with new machine setup preparation including IQ, OQ and PQ, documentation, calibration tools and jig preparation
10. Prepare monthly process cabaility study (Cpk) and report to engineers monthly

1. To assist Leader and above position in executing and coordinating operational schedules and manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.
2. To inspect the parts and finished goods from in-coming, process and out-going.
3. To update the quality records such as inspection reports and other information.
4. Perform Tank Test and perform function Inspection.
5. Inspection Request from others department and others task instructed by Superior.

1.To lead in the operation of the production machine, maintain machine performance and ensure production meets daily output.

2.To ensure all the tools, jigs and fixture are maintain in good condition.

3. To ensure that all machine records and documentation are completed according to procedures after repairs/maintenance have been carried out.

4. To lead major and minor troubleshooting in production area.

5. Maintain proper housekeeping practices in production operations.

2. To assist in managing and preparing for all Customer Audit, Internal Audit and Compliance Audits.

3. To implements ongoing quality improvement process working with inter department teams to ensure the production and supply of product is in accordance with the quality and safety standard.

4. To assist in monitoring and improving in process and outgoing quality and handling of line quality related issue, implement and drive internal corrective actions.

5. To assist in Quality Data Management, maintaining inspection records, quality related update documents, code, standards and specifications as required by the quality system.
