Responsibilities

1. Responsible in service, checking, maintenance and troubleshooting of all type of air conditional system.

2. To provide supports & teamwork to other air conditioning Chargeman in the maintenance and operation services for all end users.

3. Provide support to technical service team. Handle technical resolutions and end user's complaints.

4. To provide guidance and coaching to the technical team.

5. To attend & solve technical problems of air conditioning units at site.

6. To attend & solve technical problems of air conditioning, HVAC units at site.

7. To maintain accurate records of the condition of the above-mentioned equipment with preventive monthly reports to the Team Leader for Air Conditioning System & BO 11KV Chargeman.

8. To create systematic monitoring systems or program in the institution for preventive maintenance for all air conditioning installations.

9. Participate in the development of policies and procedures in relation to air conditioning system.

10. Must be able to response to emergency call (On Call) duty and special task arrangement during night or off day.

11. Maintain a list of contractors and carry out their performance evaluation on maintenance checks.

12. Overseeing external contractor’s works / service and monitor their performance.

Requirements

1. Certificate or Diploma in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration System or equivalent professional qualifications. 

2. Minimum 2 -3 experience in related field.

3. Knowledge of service, checking and installation of air conditioning, HVAC units. Knowledge and hands on of air conditioning system, 410A Inverter, air cool speed and VRV/VRF system. Prioritizing and programming own and team’s workloads to meet critical deadlines.

4. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in a clear and concise manner and able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan and control the production schedule and ensure output and quality meeting standards and target.
  2. Develop, prepare, and maintain production documentation, procedures and technical guidance and solutions for all staff.
  3. Plans, direct and coordinates activities to ensure all resources are well-prepared, production output and target are met efficiently and KPI objectives are accomplished.
  4. Developing trial and test programs using a variety of analytical tools and equipment and other best techniques to optimize equipment, processes, facilities, and operator technical ability.
  5. Identify and propose continuous improvements, enhancements, changes. study, research and reviews on equipment and products.
  6. Review, design, maintain and develop best practices of production processes and system improvement.
  7. Work closely with engineers and participate collaboratively to solve complex production problems.
  8. Collect, analyze, summarize, and present production and process data, information and trends to management.
  9. Minimize overall production costs while maximizing productivity.
  10. Advice, support and assist production team and work on a cross functional team with other departments.
  11. Acting as Liaison person with parent companies that regularly preparing updates and reports to Management/HQ in Japan..
  12. Lead, develop and mentor production team and perform any other duties and when assigned by Management.
Requirements
  1. Experience in chemical related processes.
  2. Passion for technologies and strong desire to learn about new technologies.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent with 5 years' working experience. 
  4. Proficient languages in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Japanese (JLPT N1/N2) is a must due to job requirement.

  • Managing disciplinary issues by investigating the alleged misconduct, preparing a show cause letter, and charge letter, and recommending the appropriate action to close the case.
  • Provides support to management personnel regarding policies, procedures, and employee relations problems.

  • Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate open enrolments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs.
  • Respond to human resources-related inquiries.
  • Assist with payroll processing.
  • Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
  • Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.
  • Process complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain employee personnel records.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advance Diploma with 5 years related experience or bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in the related field.
  • Preferably candidates familiar with Labour Law, Industrial Relations Act, Trade Union Acts, EPF and SOCSO.

Responsibilities

1. To manage and ensure all quality reports, records and procedures are updated from time to time and arranged properly in accordance to ISO and Quality Management System.
2. To support in management and preparation all Internal Audit, Customer Audit and Compliance Audits.    
3. To implements ongoing quality improvement process working with inter department teams to ensure the production and supply of product is in accordance with the quality and safety standard.
4. To supervise and support in developing and maintaining the quality system to ensure that all products gone through proper process of inspection such as macro / hydro inspection, parts inspection, powder performance inspection to meet the Quality management system requirement.   
5. To assist in monitoring and improving in process and outgoing quality and handling of line quality related issue, implement and drive internal corrective actions.
6. To drive supplier/customer corrective actions by carrying out root cause failure analysis, cross sectioning, dimensional analysis or other means.
7. To assist in Quality Data Management, maintaining inspection records, quality related update documents, code, standards and specifications as required by the quality system.
8. To assist in research and proposal to the management in the term of suitable and efficient methods of QC improvement that use to the industry.
9. To supervise, analyze, produce and present QC report to the management of company.    
10. To verify material certificate and test report to ensure all incoming material confirming to specifications.
11. Leading and establishing delivery standard (cycle time), procedure and system to track delivery status for the pre-shipment inspection.    
12. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of company finished goods to end customers through effective coordination with sales and production.
13. Assist in maintaining manual and electronic filing system for all correspondences.
14. Assisting in preparation of report, business plan and presentation.    
15. Assist in establishing effective procedure and monitoring performance of environment test performance test and ensure compliance with ISO and customers’ requirements.
 

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess SPM/ STPM/ Certificates in any engineering field from recognize College. Any additional certificate related to Quality is an advantage.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experiences in Quality Assurance or Quality Control. 
3. Candidate age 32th and below only preferred.
4. Familiar with QA/QC tools & able to read technical drawings.
5. Experience in using test equipment. E.g: CMM, Contracer, Microtract and etc. will be an added advantage.
6. ISO knowledgeable preferred.
7. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize and manage workloads with multiple priorities.
8. Good communication skills.
9. Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
10. Proactive and able to withstand pressure to meet datelines.
11. Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia and English.  Japanese language is an advantage.
