To assist the Technical Department in conducting routine and non-routine product and process analyses throughout development and post-development phases.
Responsibilities
1) Assist in conducting routine and non-routine product and process analyses to support development and post-development activities.
2) Perform laboratory testing and evaluations using available analytical equipment, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with established procedures.
3) Support preparation of customer samples, including manual assembly and participation in production line trials.
4) Compile, organize, and analyze technical data to support engineering evaluation and decision-making.
5) Document test results and analysis findings in a clear and systematic manner for reporting and traceability.
6) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
7) Carry out additional tasks and assignments as directed by the Technical Department Head (HOD)
1) Minimum Diploma in Engineering (any discipline) or a related technical certification; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
2) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage and present data effectively.
3) Strong communication, interpersonal, and basic leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4) Able to work independently with minimal supervision, and adaptable to new technologies, methods, and technical practices.
5) Relevant experience in the following areas will be an advantage:
• Operation of testing equipment and/or exposure to manufacturing processes

● Assist in organize, filling, and archive QA records (both physical and digital) in accordance with company retention period.
● Maintain accurate records of master list, TIS issuance, PPAP and others related.
● Implement and maintain a structured document control system that ensures the document maintain, traceability, and timely retrieval of records.
● Support to follow up quality documentation and status (eg. Process Change Request, Abnormality, PPAP submission, corrective actions and etc).

Responsibility.
- Provide IT support for application systems such as ERP, with experience in handling database (Microsoft SQL) production system, QC system, HR system, etc.
- Conduct project management, incident management, problem management, change management, and risk management.
- Perform root cause analysis and propose countermeasures to solve system issues.
- Ensure IT application systems are operating as per design and meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
